Danny Steel

Danny is a Partner in Kennedys’ London office and the Commercial Disputes team. 

He acts for international conglomerates, domestic companies, insurers and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Danny’s practice covers all forms of commercial dispute resolution across a wide range of industries and sectors, often with an international or cross-border dimension.  Danny has extensive experience in (but not limited to) contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, defamation and breaches of confidence claims.  He is also an accredited mediator.

Danny’s insurance practice consists of handling property damage and product liability claims.  He also advises on complex coverage issues and professional negligence disputes.

Danny co-leads the Kennedys’ Israel desk in London. Offering a “one-stop service” and working alongside Kennedys’ Israel office, Danny assists the firm’s UK and international clients on legal matters arising in Israel, as well as supporting Israeli clients requiring assistance in the UK.
