Kennedys secures dismissal in Delaware County Court of Common Pleas

Andre Webb and David Samuel secured a dismissal on behalf of a restaurant in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

The team served as defense counsel on behalf of the clients defending against dram shop and negligence claims following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. 

After a lengthy discovery period, they were able to obtain crucial evidence as well as testimony that demonstrated that no actions of the clients caused nor contributed to the accident itself or plaintiff’s claimed injuries and damages.
