David is an associate in the Philadelphia office, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He represents both insured and self-insured entities in a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability, dram shop/liquor liability, auto and transportation and professional liability. David has experience representing clients in state court, including mediations, arbitrations and settlement proceedings. He also has a background in conducting written discovery and depositions, along with drafting and arguing motions.

Prior to joining Kennedys, David practiced at a Philadelphia insurance defense firm, where he represented clients in various litigation matters. Earlier in his career, he severed as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Sean F. Kennedy of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. During this role, he drafted judicial opinions and rulings on various motions as well as facilitating voir dire and courtroom operations.

During law school, David gained legal experience as a co-op intern in the Corporate & Securities Department of a Philadelphia law firm and as a legal intern for a global sports merchandising and memorabilia company. He also served as the Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, where he helped reactivate the chapter at his law school. In the 2023-2024 Bar Year, David was selected as a Diversity Fellow for the ABA Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division where he currently serves as a general member.
