Kennedys deepens commercial disputes offering with new partner hire

We are growing our commercial disputes offering through the appointment of Samson Spanier as partner.  

Samson specialises in commercial litigation, international arbitration, contentious insolvency and financial disputes. He has extensive experience of high-value, cross-border work including regarding share purchase agreements, supply of services, sale of goods and commodities, court insolvency processes such as liquidations and restructurings, financial contracts and commercial fraud 

Recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2026 for “always having one last creative solution up his sleeve”, Samson joins from Norton Rose Fulbright and will be based in our London office.
