From Copenhagen we provide specialist insurance law services to Danish, Scandinavian and international insurers. We base our expert advice on a deep understanding of the Danish and Scandinavian insurance markets. Our primary focus is on the insurance sector, but we also work with clients within aviation, construction and engineering, the public sector and retail.

Kennedys’ Copenhagen office has represented insurers in several cases of material importance for the insurance sector in arbitration, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court.  In recent years the handling of particular sensitive cases has drawn the attention of both international and national media.  Our team in Copenhagen has panel lawyer appointments and cooperation agreements with several leading insurers in the Danish and Scandinavian market, supporting our status as the go-to law firm within insurance in the region.
