Kennedys is hosting the first of our series of breakfast updates on the fundamentals of and emerging issues in workplace relations.

Conducting a workplace investigation
Employers regularly conduct internal workplace investigations into complaints of bullying, harassment, discrimination and theft. These investigations are difficult to navigate, with many legal traps. Investigations need to be conducted in a way which avoids further legal action. Our presenters have extensive experience in assisting employers with workplace investigations and this session will help attendees understand the legal risks in workplace investigations, share best practice and sidestep potential pitfalls.
