Sandro is a Counsel in Kennedys’ Brussels office. He qualified as a lawyer in 1998 and on qualification joined Matray, Matray & Hallet, where he became a partner.
He holds an International Air Transport Association diploma in air law, with special focus on international air law for legal professionals, aircraft acquisitions and financing, airline contract law and EU aviation law.
Sandro is the former strategic affairs director and corporate secretary of Thalys, where he led the strategic project of expanding the German network and insourcing all railway operations in Germany. He has extensive in-house legal and business and operational experience in the rail, aviation and transportation sector.
