Tracey Hulme

Tracey is a senior associate in the Sheffield disease team.

She has extensive experience in advising insurance and corporate clients in respect of long and short tail diseases and related to EL and PL insurance issues.

Her specialisms include asbestos-related chest conditions, work-related upper limb disorder, HAVS, CTS, noise-induced hearing loss, dermatitis and occupational stress claims. Her work also involves achieving recovery of outlays for corporates in uninsured matters and advising in respect of long-tail liabilities in due diligence exercises.

She has handled group litigation claims in the British Coal Disease litigation, in relation to HAVS.   

Notable cases include Brookes v South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and Mainline Group Limited [2005 EWCA CIB452].
