Arnaud is an Avocat admitted to the Paris bar (2017) and a senior associate in our Paris office since its opening in 2017.

Arnaud graduated in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2 Droit des affaires (214)) from Dauphine – PSL University (France) and in 2016 with an LL.M (Master of Laws) from Duke University School of Law (USA).

Prior to joining Kennedys, Arnaud interned in several leading French and international law firms.

At Kennedys, Arnaud acts for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals (both ad hoc and under ICC, CEFAREA-ARIAS or Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris Rules). His practice covers a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters including, inter alia, (re)insurance disputes, marine matters, transport (by road, air and sea), commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, cyber risks, product and professional liability.

He practices both in French and English.

Arnaud is also a Regional member for EMEA of the Kennedys Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group.
