Neil is a Partner in the Miami Office and he is an experienced litigator with over 30 years of experience handling a wide array of marine liability claims including yacht and commercial vessel; physical damage and personal injury liabilities arising from private and commercial use; collisions; marine salvage; passenger and crew liabilities (Jones Act); environmental damage claims derived from vessel operation and navigation.
Neil has extensive coverage and litigation experience related to yachts and super yachts, including first and third party insurance claims involving both property damage and personal injury; yacht purchase; and registration/drafting/negotiation of custom build contracts. He regularly litigates cargo claims involving air, ocean, overland truck and warehouse losses.
He enjoys notable experience in the aviation sector representing maintenance and repair centers, negotiating aircraft component sales and aviation contract matters, and commercial and private air crash passenger and crew liability claims.
Neil is also well-versed in commercial litigation and transactional matters, including contract negotiation, reviewing and drafting.
For decades, Neil has had considerable experience serving as coverage counsel for underwriters in the London Market.
