Lucy is an experienced commercial litigator with in excess of 10 years’ experience acting for large corporates, private companies and government clients across a broad range of commercial matters, as well as acting for directors and officers in ASIC regulatory investigations.

Lucy’s practice incorporates diverse general commercial litigation matters with a focus on assisting company directors and officers in relation to the discharge of their duties, regulatory investigations and ASIC prosecutions, and oppression proceedings.

An experienced case manager, Lucy oversees all stages in proceedings including drafting complex pleadings and witness statements, liaising with experts and providing clients with detailed analysis of reports, court appearances including interlocutory applications, and supervising and mentoring junior staff.

Lucy spent three years in London with two large global firms, acting on a range of large scale banking and finance disputes and class actions, gaining invaluable experience managing large document review projects, including supervision and oversight of teams of reviewers.
