Dino is a partner in our London office and heads up Kennedys’ commercial division. He is also on the firm’s Strategy Board.

Dino has built his practice in all issues flowing from insolvency, in particular advising UK and international banks on the appointment of administrators, and advising liquidators, receivers and insolvency practitioners on sales of business. He handles both contentious and non-contentious insolvency issues.

Additionally, Dino’s practice covers banking litigation, commercial litigation and fraud. He advises on all aspects of banking documentation and security and its enforcement. He has significant experience in fraud related matters, including applying for freezing injunctions; tracing claims and breach of trust.

Dino is a member of the editorial board of R3 Recovery Magazine.
