Alonso is a Legal Director in the Kennedys office in Lima, Peru. His practice is focused on corporate matters and dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on insurance, reinsurance, financial and investment advisory, resolution of corporate conflicts and arbitration of insurance coverage disputes.
Alonso advises insurers and reinsurers in a variety of legal issues related to insurance, reinsurance, coverage disputes, and claims negotiations. He is actively involved in the analysis of investments and financial operations for local insurers and in the defence of reinsurers interest in arbitration and judicial litigation.
