Ross is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ Edinburgh office. He qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2016.

He advises insurers and insureds on a range of complex and high value professional indemnity and commercial claims, including coverage, across a variety of sectors and disciplines.

In addition, he has a specialised interest in aviation and marine cases and regularly assists clients and colleagues by providing advice and guidance on Scottish procedure in these matters.

Ross has handled litigation in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and UK Supreme Court, as well as having experience in using methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

He supervises solicitors and trainees in the Edinburgh office.

He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and is a Notary Public in Scotland.
