Mark is an Associate in the Basking Ridge office and concentrates his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. He handles a broad array of legal matters including primary and excess coverage disputes, pollution coverage, general, premises and auto liability, and defamation.

Mark has successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of clients in coverage disputes involving shortened suit clauses, as well as collapse and anti-current/anti-sequential loss exclusions. He has also represented clients against harassment claims, successfully moving for dismissal of the Complaint at trial.

Mark received his undergraduate degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Political Science, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Program Distinction and College Honors. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. While at Brooklyn, he served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.


Work highlights

  • Successfully defended insurer against partial-collapse claim, obtaining summary judgment based upon distinction within policy’s definition of collapse, and between excluded wear and tear and deterioration and covered hidden decay. 
  • Worked on team that successfully defended against politically motivated defamation suit, obtaining dismissal of the Complaint after minimal discovery.
