Qualifications 

  • Qualified in Thailand in 1982, as well as admitted with the Lawyers Council of Thailand. 

Supreedee is a partner in Kennedys’ Bangkok Office. With over 20 years’ experience serving the corporate and commercial market, Supreedee represents clients in a diverse range of significant and highly complex project financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. He has a reputation for leading multinational clients and Thai companies towards an efficient and collaborative resolution of commercial disputes, and is recognised for his negotiation abilities in sensitive and high-valued disputes to his high profiled clients.
Supreedee has advised on a number of major business reorganisations, debt restructurings and has handled dispute resolution matters under Thai and ICC arbitration rules. He has assisted clients in expanding their franchise business in various sectors including automobile and entertainment. 

Supreedee is a member of the Thai Bar Association. He is a guest lecturer at the Business and Accountancy Faculty of Thammasat University and at the Faculty of Mass Communication of the Thai Chamber of Commerce University.

  • Advising AIGGRE in relation to a range of matters including the development of a joint venture with a Thai major business partner for carrying on the development of a luxury residential project in Thailand.
  • Advising Inter Partner Hong Kong Limited on employment contracts covering terms and conditions of termination and severance payment resolution, including drafting early retirement settlement policies and procedures.
  • Advising a Hong Kong company for primary listing on stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).
  • Advising on over 11 potential acquisitions of VSPPA in Thailand by China Singyes, including acquisition of interest in the existing license holders, (the role included due diligence, negotiation and documentation of Sale of Interest and advising on the due diligence and corporate structure for the acquisition of interest from the existing license holders).
  • Acting for Glow IPP Co., Ltd. in arbitration proceedings under Thai Arbitration rules relating to a dispute arising from the purchase of power under a Power Purchase Agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
