Kennedys to support London International Disputes Week

Our international arbitration and commercial disputes teams are proud to be supporting members of next year’s London International Disputes Week.

In light of Covid-19, the London International Disputes Week (LIDW) events that were scheduled to take place in September have been postponed until the week of 10 May 2021.

Spanning five days, the programme of events at LIDW explore the future of international dispute resolution by providing crucial insights into the interaction between business and law, within the context of international disputes.

Through a programme of sessions and events, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from leading experts discuss London’s unique role in the resolution of international disputes while networking with colleagues from around the world. The event will draw leading arbitrators, judges, academics, lawyers and others involved in using or administrating dispute resolution hailing from numerous sectors.

London holds international appeal as a global centre for dispute resolution – whether through its courts or by arbitration, mediation, expert determination or negotiation – built upon a rich tradition of English law dating back to the Magna Carta.

Kennedys is proud to be associated with this key event, which celebrates London as a global centre for dispute resolution. We look forward to supporting LIDW in 2021.
