Our experts
Monica leads Kennedys’ Colombia office. She specializes in insurance and reinsurance, with a particular emphasis on corporate, regulatory advice, contracts, commercial and dispute resolution.
Catalina is experienced in providing advice to insurers, reinsurers and brokers on coverage issues, claims handling, policy drafting as well as corporate and regulatory matters.
Kodiak is Head of Dispute Resolution department at the Kennedys' Peru office. Qualified in Peru in 2006, obtained his law degree at Universidad de Lima.
Gian Carlo is a partner in Kennedys’ Chile office, where he heads up the litigation practice. Gian Carlo qualified in Chile in 2005, and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and consumer protection.
