Evolve with Kennedys mock meditation

We are delighted to be hosting a mock meditation as part of our Evolve with Kennedys programme on Tuesday 2 June 2026.

In conjunction with Serle Court, this interactive session will provide a first hand experience of alternative dispute resolution. You will gain the relevant skills to resolve conflicts in a non-adversarial way, through active listening, self awareness, questioning, analysis and logical and creative thinking. We encourage parties to consider options, identify issues and work towards an agreement that will satisfy the needs of all parties. 

This session will be relevant to the next generation professionals working in the insurance industry with 0-5 years' experience within the professional liability sector.
