During this webinar Mark Holland and Geoffrey Shreeve will discuss a professional negligence claim relating to the supply of, and services in relation to, IT hardware. The claimant alleges, amongst other things, breach of contract and misrepresentation.
The primary complaint is that the AI server supplied by the insured is not fit for purpose. The claimant seeks damages to compensate it for the (alleged wasted) cost of the unit and consequential damages arising from loss of business which the claimant states has been suffered as a result of the server not functioning as intended.
The series will be relevant to the next generation professionals working in the insurance industry, with 0-5 years' experience.
