Back to basics – claims response across the UK jurisdictions and Ireland

We are delighted to be hosting the final webinar of our 2023 Evolve with Kennedys programme on Thursday 14 December 2023. 

Our speakers will provide a cross-jurisdictional 'back to basics' session, setting out the similarities and differences in the claims processes in England & Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The session will cover the following key topics:
