Q&A

What type of cases do you work on?

My typical cases involve providing coverage advice to insurers in respect of claims made on directors' and officers' liability, financial institutions and trade credit insurance policies.

Why did you chose to specialise in this area of insurance law?

I chose to specialise in this area of law because I found the varied nature of the underlying claims that arise to be very interesting. Also the complex coverage issues you have to deal with on a day-to-day basis mean that you are always being challenged.

What do you like best about working in litigation?

I enjoy it when a strategy you have put in place to achieve a best possible outcome for your client works out.
