Nick is an associate and a member of the corporate and commercial team in the Wilmington office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, corporate transactions, stockholder rights, fiduciary obligations and D&O defense matters.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Nick worked as a senior paralegal in corporate litigation and personal injury for two decades in Wilmington, DE.

During his studies at Delaware Law School, Nick provided legal services to disabled Veterans in the Veterans Law Clinic and worked with the New Castle County Council on drafting and amending Delaware legislation.
