James is an associate in our Wilmington office and a member of the Corporate and Commercial team. His practice focuses on representing businesses in commercial litigation, corporate transactions and D&O defense matters. 

Prior to joining Kennedys, James completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Sherry R. Fallon of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan of the Superior Court of New Jersey. During his clerkships, he focused on corporate, patent and mass tort litigation, gaining valuable experience in both state and federal courts and developing a well-rounded perspective on complex litigation matters.

James earned his JD from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he served as an article editor for Volume 48 of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law
