Sarah is a special counsel in Kennedys’ Wellington office who specialises in health and medico-legal law.
Sarah has extensive experience acting for nurses and other health practitioners in regulatory and disciplinary complaints as well as at coronial inquests. She also acts for corporate healthcare service providers. Sarah worked at the New Zealand Nurses Organisation for 6 years, where she managed hundreds of claims for nurses.
Sarah has also acted across a broad range of commercial litigation disputes, prosecutions under the Resource Management Act, employment issues, and claims involving the Accident Compensation Corporation.
