Sophie Ash

Sophie is an Associate in Kennedys’ Sydney office specialising in financial lines insurance and construction disputes. She focuses on assisting insurers with trade credit, Directors & Officers and major defect claim disputes. 

Sophie is an experienced commercial litigator, having practised in a wide range of commercial dispute matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, County Court of Victoria and NCAT. Prior to commencing with Kennedys, Sophie also practiced in a wide variety of public liability disputes and family provision claims.
