Morgan Crompton-Smith

Morgan is an associate in our Sydney office with a strong background in civil litigation. Her practice spans a range of insurance sectors and her areas of expertise include casualty, public and product liability as well as transportation claims (marine and aviation).

Morgan regularly advises on coverage disputes, acts as defence counsel, pursues subrogated recoveries and advises on a range of both litigated and non-litigated matters. She is a strong advocate, regularly appearing in the Local, District and Supreme Court of NSW. Her clients include domestic and international insurers as well as their insured, which includes major multinational corporations.
