Profile

Katherine is an Associate in Kennedys’ Sydney office. Katherine predominantly practises in insurance and commercial litigation, with a primary focus on financial lines, insurance coverage, and class actions. Her practice spans both litigated and non-litigated matters, including advising domestic and international insurers on complex coverage issues arising under D&O policies, professional indemnity policies, and other insurance cover, as well as defending large-scale litigated claims.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Katherine has acted for national insurers in relation to subrogated recoveries, managing a high-volume portfolio of both defended and undefended recovery claims across most Australian jurisdictions. She has also previously assisted in the prosecution of class actions against ASX-listed companies.
