Christopher Doan

Christopher is an Associate in Kennedys’ Sydney office, specialising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Christopher works in financial lines, with a focus on professional indemnity and trade credit insurance involving commodities trade debts.
Christopher commenced his legal career in a national commercial law firm, where he gained valuable experience in a range of commercial disputes including contract, insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property, property, and taxation. Prior to commencing with Kennedys, Christopher was an Associate to Her Honour Judge A Ryan of the County Court of Victoria, who sits in the Commercial Division and is the Judge in Charge of the Complex Cases List.
