Max Feng

Max is a Senior Associate in Kennedys Legal Solutions in Singapore, who specialises in cybersecurity and data privacy.

As a member of Kennedy’s APAC Cyber & Data Privacy team, Max advises clients on managing privacy and cyber risks, preparing for and responding to cyber incidents and data breaches, and navigating regulatory investigations and third-party disputes arising from cyber events.

Max has extensive experience advising financial advisory firms, accountants, and boutique law firms in relation to a board range of cyber incidents, including potential liabilities arising from the compromise of personal information and health records. He also regularly advises on policy response and complex coverage issues under cyber insurance policies and other relevant insurance products.

Max understands the various limitation of an insured’s technology configuration, enabling him to identify and articulate potential risks and challenges associated with technology that may impact the organisation’s privacy and data holding regulatory obligations.
