Emily Ferguson

Emily is a part of the Insurance team in Kennedys’ Singapore office, specialising in Insurance law, working on insurance coverage disputes and assisting with marine insurance disputes and cargo recovery claims. Emily also has some dispute resolution experience, assisting in professional indemnity insurance claims, handling defense of regulatory investigations, and a broad range of complex, cross-border commercial litigation.

In 2023, Emily moved to London and joined the PEC team at Kennedys, focusing predominantly on property, energy and marine insurance claims, providing indemnity advice to insurers and reinsurers.
