Emily Ferguson

Emily is a Senior Associate based in our Singapore office, specialising in insurance and reinsurance law. Qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand, her experience includes assisting global insurers in complex coverage disputes and subrogated recovery claims for a wide range of risks, including construction, energy, marine, property and associated business interruption claims.

Prior to joining the firm in Singapore, Emily worked in the London office at Kennedys and in law firms in New Zealand.
