Anita Thulasidas

Anita is an Associate in Kennedys’ Singapore office specialising in commercial dispute resolution. She has advised and acted for a wide array of clients – from developers and sub-contractors to companies, directors, and individuals on matters which involve both local and international considerations. She has worked on broad spectrum of cases, such as investment schemes and international facility agreements, fraud, breach of trust, complex construction projects, intricate tenancy disputes, and also procedural challenges such as Mareva injunctions and setting aside of cross-border arbitral awards. In addition to her commercial disputes experience, she has also assisted in criminal matters.

Anita has a comprehensive understanding of complex commercial and contractual matters and has the ability to manage high-stakes disputes, interpret complex contractual terms, and operate effectively in an international legal context.

Anita is also able to speak and understand Hindi.
