Rebecca Hunter-Gallacher

Rebecca is an associate based in our Sheffield office, and is part of the legacy disease team.

With a strong focus on industrial deafness claims, Rebecca regularly advises and represents corporate and insurance clients solely in the defence of employers’ liability and occupational disease matters.

Drawing on detailed technical knowledge and practical experience, Rebecca handles claims ranging from industrial deafness to other occupational injury and disease matters, always with a strategic and client-focussed approach. Rebecca has an eye for detail, and clients appreciate her ability to apply sound legal judgment whilst navigating the complexities of disease litigation.

Rebecca is actively involved in all stages of the claims process, from advising on initial strategy through to settlement and resolution. She works closely with senior partners on complex matters, contributing to a collaborative and commercially-oriented service for clients.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx).
• Qualified in United Kingdom in 2025.
