Nosheen Farooq

Nosheen is an associate in the defendant Insurance litigation team, based in Sheffield.

Nosheen joined Kennedys in October 2025, specialising in the defence of civil claims and insurance-related disputes.

With over 12 years’ experience in Claimant litigation, Nosheen has a strong understanding of how claims are built and pursued, helping anticipate claimant strategies and focus on practical, commercially sensible solutions for insurers and insureds.

Nosheen's work involves defending claims across personal injury, employers’ liability and public liability, and professional liability, as well as advising on coverage and indemnity issues. 

She enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to understand their priorities and provide clear, straightforward advice that supports effective decision-making.

Nosheen is developing her practice in complex and high-value defendant litigation, with an interest in helping insurers manage risk, control costs, and resolve disputes efficiently.
