Pam is a highly accomplished trial and appellate attorney in the Seattle office with over two decades of extensive legal experience. With a focus on defending attorneys and their firms in professional liability and disciplinary matters, Pam has represented a vast array of legal professionals, amassing invaluable insights into legal malpractice claims.
Pam is sought after for her adept defense of insurers in coverage determinations and bad faith litigation. She handles all facets of coverage matters, from prelitigation claims disputes to post-trial appeals. Pam’s authority in this field is highlighted by her annual contributions to the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, where she provides updates on appellate decisions impacting insurance coverage in Washington.
After completing a judicial clerkship with Justice Faith Ireland at the Washington Supreme Court in 2003, Pam entered private practice in Seattle. Since then, Pam has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters arising in varied contexts, from pre-suit through appeal.
As a law student, she distinguished herself with a seat on law review and served as a teaching assistant. The capstone of Pam’s legal education was her semester-long judicial externship with Judge Barbara Rothstein of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Washington.
