Jacqueline Lien is an associate in the San Francisco office, where she works with the Cyber and Data Privacy team. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through all stages of cybersecurity incident response, including coordinating forensic investigations, overseeing remediation efforts, evaluating breach notification obligations and responding to regulatory inquiries. She also assists clients with data privacy compliance strategies and privacy risk assessments.
Jacqueline works with clients across several industries, including healthcare, technology, insurance, education and government, on a wide range of security incidents. Her focus includes helping organizations assess legal and regulatory exposure, manage contractual obligations and develop strategies to mitigate risk in high-pressure environments. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges with clear, strategic guidance tailored to their unique needs.
During law school, Jacqueline served as senior editor of the UC Law Business Journal, where she refined her skillset in analyzing complex legal and regulatory issues at the intersection of business and technology.
