Marc is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer and appellate advocate who concentrated his practice on defending professionals, legal ethics, corporate loss prevention and response. He was retained to provide loss prevention services for insurance carriers, companies and law firms.
In his professional liability practice, Marc successfully defended lawyers and other professionals in a wide array of matters. As a former member and chair of a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Hearing Committee, Marc sat as a judge of disciplinary claims and later used that experience to advise and defend clients throughout the disciplinary process. In addition to representing professionals, Marc’s experience extends to insurance coverage and general insurance defense.
Because of his vast experience, Marc was retained to provide expert testimony and he is frequently invited to present continuing legal educations programs and speak at conferences. Marc served as Chair of the Professional Liability Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association for seven years. Additionally, he co-authored and produced the Pennsylvania Bar Association statewide annual lawyer loss prevention program for many years.
