Joseph is an associate in the Philadelphia office. He represents insured and self-insured entities in a broad range of litigation matters, including premises liability, liquor liability, transportation and professional liability. 

Prior to Kennedys, Joseph served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Kurkowski, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of Cape May and Atlantic County in the Family Division. Following his clerkship, Joseph entered private practice where he focused on transactional work and civil litigation.

Joseph is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and the Cape May County Bar Association. He has also served as a member of the New Jersey Inns of Court and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
