Stephan is an associate in the New York office.

Prior to Kennedys, Stephan gained extensive litigation experience at several respected defense firms and also acquired valuable plaintiff-side experience. He represents a diverse range of clients, including property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, commercial landlords and tenants.

Stephan defends cases involving New York Labor Law sections 200, 240, and 241, along with contractual indemnity claims and general liability matters. He handles complex construction litigation, including construction defect claims, construction accidents, code violations, and building and design-related deficiencies.

Throughout his career, Stephan has successfully handled carrier/transportation liability, NYC municipal liability and civil assault cases. He has assisted in multi-million dollar mediations and settlements, won summary judgment motions, and conducted numerous depositions of adverse parties.
