Robert is an associate in the New York office, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He represents carriers in various matters and in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation through motion practice and discovery.

Prior to Kennedys, Robert served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he acted as lead prosecutor on dozens of appellate matters. Earlier in his career, he clerked for Justice Bahaati Pitt-Burke of the New York Appellate Division, First Department.

During law school, he served as president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and a competitor for the Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division. His note on the Singapore Convention on Mediation was published by the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He continues to coach Brooklyn Law School’s National Competition Team.
