Paul is special counsel in the New York office, his practice focuses on financial lines insurance coverage, representing both domestic and London-based insurers in claims in the United States, Latin America and Canada. He handles complex matters concerning professional indemnity, financial institutions, commercial crime, cyber, general liability, property, and other first and third-party coverages. Paul has extensive commercial and insurance coverage litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Paul is also a highly experienced mediator of insurance, commercial and real estate disputes, and was a Panel Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court for five years.
