Oscar is an associate in the New York Office. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, with experience in matters involving construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and property damage. He handles all aspects of litigation including fact investigation, suit evaluation, case development, legal and medical research, motion practice, pre-trial litigation and trial preparation. 

Prior to Kennedys, Oscar served as an assistant district attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, including assaults, burglaries, driving while intoxicated, grand larcenies and robberies. In 2025, Oscar tried a case to verdict and later was part of a prosecutorial team that indicted eight men involved in a multi-million-dollar auto theft scheme of high-end luxury vehicles.
