Nicole focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, representing commercial landlord and tenants, construction managers, owners, developers, design professionals and general contractors in litigation involving construction accidents, code violations and design deficiencies. She also defends clients against a wide range of construction-related claims, including construction defects, construction injuries, property damage and insurance coverage disputes. 

Prior to joining Kennedys, Nicole clerked for the Honorable Carol V. Novey Catuogno, A.J.S.C., at the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County.

During law school, she served as a senior notes and comments editor on the Rutgers University Law Review and a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, and represented clients as a student attorney with the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic.
