Gabriella is an associate in the New York office. She focuses her practice on marine and energy, and represents assureds in defense of complex litigation involving personal injury, maritime personal injury, Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, New York State Labor Law, Jones Act, toxic torts, aviation and environmental pollution and property damage. 

Gabriella handles marine insurance coverage matters, providing opinions to insurers on a wide range of issues, including cargo, hull, protection & indemnity, yacht, marine general liability, business interruption and warehouse legal liability.

Prior to Kennedys, Gabriella served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor at the US Department of Homeland Security. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Investigations Division and the Supreme Court Trial Division of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
