Chloe is an associate in the New York office, where she focuses her practice on insurance defense, including construction and commercial litigation, New York Labor Law, in addition to general and premises liability.

She regularly handles cases involving New York Labor Law section 200, 240 and 241 claims, as well as contractual indemnity claims.

Prior to Kennedys, Chloe worked at the Queens District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanors. While there, she conducted a jury trial and handled all aspects of prosecution from arraignment through disposition. 

While at Pace Law, she participated in their mock trial program and won numerous accolades, including two-time ‘Best Advocate’ and champion in the National Trial League mock trial competition and champion of the Shark Beach Showdown mock trial competition.
