Catalina is an associate in the New York office, where she advises US and international insurers on transactional liability claims, with a particular focus on representations and warranties insurance claims arising from mergers and acquisitions. She provides coverage analyses, conducts claim investigations and develops resolution strategies across industries including technology, financial services, energy and manufacturing. She works closely with clients and technical experts to evaluate alleged breaches, assess loss and guide efficient claim resolution.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Catalina practiced at a Boston-based litigation and insurance coverage firm, where she also focused on transactional liability insurance coverage matters. She clerked for the Honorable William G. Young of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Catalina earned her LLM in American Law from Boston University and completed her law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
