Armin is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on resolving complex domestic and international insurance coverage matters, including those involving financial lines insurance products such as directors’ and officers’ D&O liability, professional liability and financial institutions’ liability.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Armin worked at a global insurance firm, where she focused on financial lines claims. In that role, she assessed coverage, analyzed policy provisions, and guided the resolution of complex claims across financial lines. Armin also served as an extern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, supporting the Division of Corporation Finance. 

During law school, she provided pro bono counseling to small businesses and start-ups through the school’s Community and Economic Development Clinic and was a member of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.
