Anthony is an associate in the New York office, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He has experience handling matters involving premises liability and construction litigation including claims under New York Labor Law section 200, 240 and 241, as well as contractual indemnity claims.

Prior to Kennedys, Anthony served as an assistant district attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and vehicle and traffic law cases. While at law school, Anthony also served as a notes editor for the Touro Law Review.
