Nishant Patel is an associate in the New Jersey office, where he focuses on insurance defense in personal injury lawsuits involving premises liability, automobile accidents and commercial trucking accidents. He also has extensive experience in personal injury protection litigation in the state of Florida.

Prior to Kennedys, Nishant worked at a prominent defense firm in Florida. During his tenure, he handled all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, examinations under oath and various motion and hearing practice.
