Michael is special counsel in the New Jersey office, where he works with the insurance coverage team. He has extensive experience representing insurance companies in state and federal litigation involving coverage disputes, including claims and cases that entail construction defect, environmental and products liability coverage issues. He also has experience litigating insurance defense matters, including construction defect and personal injury litigation.

Prior to Kennedys, Michael worked as a business attorney in an insurance carrier’s in-house legal department, where he provided comprehensive guidance regarding general liability, property, commercial auto, workers compensation, public entity and aviation insurance. He also provided legal support to the carrier’s in-house risk engineering team.
